“Put simply, without Jess our wedding would simply not have been as perfect as it was. The main thing that we can say is it is clear that this is the vocation for her and something she clearly loves. From the first moment we had a meeting with her, until the days after the wedding it is clear she really cares about her job, is passionate about making sure your day goes without any hiccups, and is always there to help and suggest ways through things. She puts you first reminds you that this is your day. Everything from food ideas, suppliers to turn to, attaching a flower to a suit jacket, becoming a last minute flower arranger when we realised that we had no idea how to arrange flowers, and coming to the rescue with the music during the canapés – Jess did it all. She was patient with us when we were slow getting back to her, and made sure that what could have been a stressful experience of planning a wedding was actually fun, enjoyable and relaxing. She took the time to guide us through, making suggestions and logistical tweaks to make sure the silly ideas that we came up with were able to be accommodated in the day. If anything did go wrong on the day we certainly had no idea as it was all sorted in the background, allowing us to enjoy the day and spend time with our friends and families.”

Jess also has a wealth of contacts in the area and was able to advise on a range of local suppliers. "We had the most amazing wedding weekend and it was massively down to Jess! We have very busy lives and 3 small children so having Jess keep us organised and on track running up to the wedding was absolutely vital. Jess followed up on every query, handled 3rd party communications for us and chased us, without being pushy, to make sure that our weekend went as smoothly as possible. On the day Jess was there first thing and did not stop all day, you would never know though as she's discrete and quietly goes about making sure that everything is going without a hitch and tweaked here and there if some parts of your day run over or shift.
